  1. The data, articles, papers, and publications posted on the website of the Institute of Plant Protection – the National Research Institute of Poznań (hereinafter called the IPP – NRI) on the Online Pest Warning System (hereinafter called the System) shall only be published for information, promotion, educational and research purposes.
  2. The use of any data, articles, papers, and publications (hereinafter called the Works) posted on the System shall only be allowed for personal, educational and research purposes, provided that the source of such data is duly cited and that such use is made for a legitimate non-commercial purpose.
  3. Users of the System have the right to download and print pages from any Works or any passages thereof, provided that they do not infringe upon copyrights.
  4. Any recording, reproduction, copying, redistribution, publishing, dissemination, sharing or use of entire Works or any parts of Works contained in the System for any commercial purpose shall be prohibited. Such recording, reproduction, copying and dissemination shall only be allowed upon the express consent of the IPP – NRI.
  5. Any graphic symbols and logos used on the System’s website are the property of their authors or companies. IPP – NRI does not consent to their use in any form other than that allowed by the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (consolidated text, Official Journal 2019, item 1231, as amended).
  6. The names of products and companies appearing in the System may be the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.
